VSS wire Location and Color

Does ANYONE know what color and where the VSS wire is located on the Mazda 3?

I am installing an AVIC-Z2 into the vehicle and it requires connection to the vss (or I can buy a seperate device that does the same function) to calibrate the unit correctly...it has nothing to do with the speed of the vehicle and does not use that to calculate the speed, it uses the pulses and distance to validate the 3D calibrations on the unit.

So, any help would be greatly appreciated, it should be on the stereo wiring harnes but I am unable to determine what wire it is.

OR How about a diagram of how to connect the vss in the cluster? What is the cluster? Where is the cluster? HELP please...

I've seen the answer for this here of at the other place. I can't remember which.

There is no VSS wire in the stereo wiring harness, in fact if you don't have the nav, there is no VSS wire. If you have the factory NAV, there is a white wire in the instrument cluster harness that goes to the NAV connector. If you have no NAV, the instrument cluster connector has a blank position with no wire in it; you have to fabricate a connector pin and wire to connect it up.
