Vehicle setup grayed out?

I just bought a 2014 GT without the tech package.
The vehicle setup on my infotainment screen
Is grayed out. Do those mean I can't personalize any options?

You can't change any of the vehicle setup if your car is moving. You also can't change it in "accessories" mode, car must be running/started.

Thanks! I had no idea the engine had to be running for that setting to work. I love this forum already.

Double press the start button without the brake pedal depressed. That will switch it into the on position without starting the engine.
