Trust me you don't want leather, sweats you big time in summer, and although not a big problem in Texas freezes your ass in winter.

This is true, my old 94 cobra and my 09 Bullitt have black leather interiors and were hotter than hell after sitting in the sun with the windows up. The back-sweat I get is from hot leather seats unattractive. I like the way leather looks, it's easy to clean, but cloth holds up much better.
