So i got a but of motivation last night for the build. I open up my new issue of Minitruckin magazine and theres a picture of my truck in the show coverage from the last show i went to!

So u guys should go buy the new issue, cuz im pretty much famous lol.

I realize its not really a big deal, but its a good start imo. Needless to say the wife was pretty damn excited!

im high bidder on some good stuff on ebay right now, and also got some money left over from my latest paycheck that i can throw at the truck. will be buying fuel items so i can get closer to starting this little B up!

Bought a 255 walbro today and some fittings.

Just need to find the rest of the block off plates for my emissions bulls*** and do more research on what else i need to get this b**** running!

Hopefully be purchasing more stuff as i go and start wiring this thing up!

how it arrived

used Momo JDM Efini FD rx7 steering wheel!

i bid on this on ebay when i was drinking and didnt realize i was bidding on it until 5 days later. got this thing for a steal!

tried to install it in the truck, and it doesnt fit. i figured this would happen, but with a custom build, theres always a way!

so i disassembled both the stock wheel and the efini wheel to see why it wouldnt mount up, and i figured out a way to make it work without having to buy a FD steering column, so all hope is not lost!

have more goodies on the way! will update as they arrive!

nice update! Anyone else having issues where you have to hit show picture to get them to view. You gotta kinda guess where the pictures are at and then rightlick, show picture.. never had this issue before and its only in this thread.

Well i have seen this steering wheel go for around $300( in a bit better condition than mine mind u) and i paid just over $50. I couldnt believe it that i won and was the high bidder for five days.

The last hour i was on my ebay app and hit refresh about every thirty seconds lol
