Sport 20 ?

on autoexe.co.jp i keep seeing parts for a Sport 20 4wd.
is it just me or does this mean that there is an all wheel drive protege over there. then, wouldnt it be possible to convert an mp3 to the all wheel drive format.

yes there is a sport20 AWD Familia in Japan (for the wagon aka P5)

and yes it is possible to convert a standard Protege FWD sedan into AWD, but it will cost A LOT OF MONEY to import all the parts.

and I think the gas tank on the FWD Proteges is not the same as the AWD Sport20s.....

so yeah it's doable (theoretically), but it's gonna cost ya.

I get emails a few times a week from japanese car auctions.
list of what they got, and how much it should sell for, approx.
Haven't seen any sport 20's, but also haven't checked in a few weeks.
Every once in a while a SWEEEEEET car goes up for auction.
