Replace 2009 steering wheel by 2012 version?

Does anyone know if its possible to replace my worn out 2009 steering wheel bij it's 2011 or 2012 version?

Current steering wheel:

Replacement:

The pictures look pretty much the same, but I am not sure. Hope someone of you can tell me.
