So I'm asking on here to keep down on threads, but my car has an idle issue. When the clutch is out it'll go up to 2k Rpms, when the clutch is in, it'll go down to 700. Here's the codes:

Park/neutral Switch Input Circuit

Idle control system RPM HIGH
I think I know what's bad, what's the part called? Thanks for the help.

The CEL is for the neutral switch which is a switch on the trans, easy to replace.
