Hey folks, here is a strange one. I stood around all afternoon scratching my head on this.
Engine no start, MAF errors. Replaced no further CELs.
No start. Yank plug off MAF rough idle, performance limiting mode.
Plug in MAF immediately dies.
Ok… pull intercooler to “clean” throttle body. Fire it up for grins and what happens? Runs like it was brand new.
Ok thats strange. Cover turbo charge tibe between throttle body and intercooler. Engine dies right away. Thats with the actual intake wide open no obstruction.
What in the world. Lol.
So atleast it idles good now, nice and smooth. What could possibly be going on here?
