I am purchasing an 06 70kmi sped6. Has anyone had TSB work performed after warranty free of charge?

Actually I may not get it now. I was going to purchase one to get a lower payment, but I will probably just refi my car at a lower rate. I was already looking at a bunch of expensive aftermarket parts and it would defeat the purpose loll
