Power locks problem 02 Protege5

First things first all my door locks work when I pick the lock & unlock button on the door panel.

Now when I use my aftermarket alarm to lock & unlock from the remote it doesn't lock the doors just set the alarm on

Now when I use to put the car in drive &or park the doors would auto lock or unlock. Not anymore.

Everything use to work fine not it didn't.

Any ideas on what it can be or what can I look for to fix it ?
