Popping noise under load (video included)

I have a 2007 Mazda CX-7 that has a popping noise under acceleration/load. Does not do it idling. We have replaced the turbo, VVT, checked the catalytic converter, and replaced the rod bearings. The dealer first said the turbo was bad, replaced it, noise still present. Took it in a second time and they said the engine was bad and needed to be replaced. We dropped the oil pan and inspected and replaced the rod bearings... still haven't figured it out!! Any help with this problem would be great!

Have you had your timing chain checked or replaced? I don't know if that's the problem, but it might be related.
