This one particular is powered by an FS-DE, sorry to burst your bubble.

That one in the video looks like a 2nd gen (BG chassis, not BF) to me.
I think you're thinking of the white BG with a B6T also from Puerto Rico, run by Dejavu racing team, turning 600whp and 10.4 quarter miles.

On stock internals, yes. Otherwise, no.
