No Start, when Damp or Wet

Hey,
been tyring to figure out what's going on with my brother's 1998 v6 626

It Will crank but will not start when its damp or wet outside.

We've tried cleaning all the electrical connection we can get at under the hood and put di-electric? grease on the connectors,
This seemed to have helped the car for about a week and now its back to the same old thing, of not starting after the car gets damp.

I was wondering if anyone else has encoutnered a similar situation?

Have you checked your distributor cap lately? When its running well, spray your cap down with water and see if it conks out.
