New Suspension - strange noise

Hello, two weeks ago, I went to STS Tire and Auto center to have new shocks and struts installed on my '04 hatchback. She has 140k+ miles so it was in need of being done. Anywho, I've been noticing a rattling noise coming from the right front suspension tower when I hit some bumps and I'm not sure what it is. all the bolts seem torqued to spec and nothing is visibly loose, any idea as to what this noise is and how to remedy it?

take it back and tell them they didn't put it back together right. offer to take the dude for a ride so he can hear it, too.
