Mazda5 Wheel Fitment & Photo Guide

Volk Racing GR-C / CV-Pro hybrid
17x7 et? 205/50
17x8 et? 235/45
Rolled and pulled rear fenders. Nothing in front. I need to figure out the offsets at some point, I also just bought a set of these in 18" so in a couple years I might have them refinished.

Very nice! I really dont care for the looks of the third gen 5s when they are stock, but they
take modification really well.

It would be on stickers on the barrels if it were stock, they are CV-Pro centers with GrC lips/barrels and center caps. I don't like the CV-Pro center caps much though so I went this route.

As an aside: all 15"-17" Cv-Pro and GRC are 4x100 or 5x100. Volk sold them with adaptors to fit anything else, these are roughly et36 front and et38 rear.

Chrome powder with a ghost black prismatic clear.

Aw yiss. I love those volks. I need to rolll my rear fenders badly, I take a little slice out of the rear tire once a week it seems like.

Enkei RPF1 et45 17x7
205/50R17

I'm using Tein Street Advance dampers.

215/50 causes minor rubbing at rears since then I've reverted to 205/50.

No rubbing even under heavy loads and big dips.

Happy with the offset and how it's sitting flush.

Looks good. (yes)

Nice, I'm going to revert to 205/50/17 in spring. Even with pulled and rolled rear fenders it hits sometimes on large bumps when I have extra weight on.

215/50 has a nicer stance, with the wider tire.
I suppose if I had fitted an ET48 rim, it would fit nicely. Too bad the RPF1's came only in ET45 for the 17x7.

Really wanted the RPF1's tho as it hardly affected the unsprung weight after plus sizing.

Weight of the original rim and tire.

Weight of the new Enkei RPF1 and tire. (Note: this was taken with 215/50 fitted)

Yes. My originals were 16inch.

What's the offset of the TE37SL?

215s on et45 on a lowered stance causes minor rubbing on dips.

Hey guys, been MIA. Back now, pics incoming in a few days I hope of the latest stuff.

Currently running 225/50-17 Kumho Ecsta 4X II on the MX-5 wheels. 3mm spacer in front to clear the coilovers, so +52mm offset front, +55mm offset rear. Rubs the crappy fallen fender liners on deep dips when fully loaded (roof box plus 4 adults plus trunk full), so I need to raise it up a bit. Very happy with the meatier sidewalls.

Does anyone know if 15" wheels will fit on the 2010 Mazda5?

I've got a set of MPV 15s and a set of FC 15s in the garage, and was thinking lots of sidewall would be really nice with snow tires.

Obviously, I can answer my own question with about 20 minutes of wrenching, but I figured someone may already know, and could save me the time out in the cold!

Thanks!

Im going to guess and say they won't. I use 16's for my winter wheels, and they are very tight for clearance.
