I only ask that they offer the same features more consistently around the world!

Toyota can certainly afford a much larger stake
Kaps is implying they're going the BMW route. Sacrificing driving experience for higher sales volume.
You mean the "starting at $54,500" M2? Yea, no thanks.Take an M2 for a spin sometime. 350+ HP in a little Mazda3 sized coupe, 6 speed with a clutch pedal, big brakes, flared fenders, carbon fiber accents, etc. A friend of mine has a 135i and the thing is insanely fun to drive. I can only imagine the M2.

Yeah, Masamichi Kogai now is going to be chairman of the board, a big profit collector but no longer be a decision maker. His biggest failure to me is the promise of improving brand's low customer-retention rate to 60% in the US.He's now chairman so not completely gone

It's not all CX-5.
Mazda 6 sales for April up almost 30%. That car is going to bring back more sales.
CX3-5-9 sales all up YTD by 12.6-51.6-16.5 respectively.
The new 3 should turn things around for that car soon, hopefully.
I'm optimistic about Mazda's future, especially with Ford dropping out of the ... car market? I'm still in shock over that.

Doug DeMuro fan here as well. That dude is hilarious!
The Straight Pipes is another good one if youre looking for entertaining car reviews.
Maybe Mazda should hire them to do their ads!
