does anyone ever used the Tokico HPK Blue Strut and Sprint Kit Protege , are they any good ? are there any known issues ?

That's what we have from the factory except the rear spring perch on the new struts will be .75" higher so you must use the springs that come with the kit.

a lot of this thread is about height but does anyone know the best handling springs on the stock struts? also the stock springs arnt progressive are they?

Stock springs are not progressive. 'best handling' is an arbitrary statement

i agree best handling is subjective but i am sure some of this springs are way more about appearance than performance. Is there a good set of springs out there that are linear and not progressive while also stiffing it up a little? most of the ones i see are progressive.

I would get Tein, Eibach, Espelir something along those lines if you don't want to go the coilover route.

How much offset can you run on rims that are 17x7 and tires that are 215/40/17 with a inch and half drop without rubbing?
