knocking over bumps in the left rear wheel.

I have a 03 Mazda Pro5. Having some suspension problems in the rear. I recently changed out the shocks, so I don't think its the shocks. I've been getting a really loud knocking sound every time I go over a bump. It got louder really quick, but I've still been able to drive around without a problem. Any idea what part it could possibly be?

it sounds like your sway bar is loose and is banging on the lateral links, did you reconnect your endlinks?

I second that. I just redid my rear yesterday and had the same problem.

Are you sure you're using the right rear endlinks? Did you replace them?

Did you test the new shock / strut before installing? Ive had a faulty strut(s) new out of the box.
