Is this fixable?

I found a local guy to sell me this msp lip. But it's cracked. Is it fixable?

Also, if I had the choice, should i rather buy this cracked one or buy one that's not cracked?

Yes it is repairable ,you need to get a flexiable bumper repair kit , I used this kit to do some repairs on my car ,it works great . It is a 2 part epoxy and you use fiberglass window screen for support behind the break . I got mine at Canadian tire but I am sure you can get it from other autoparts stores .

Thing is, I'm not too good with those kind of stuff.
Is it hard to fix?

I agree with this as well ,the stuff isnt all that user friendly
