i want HIDs....

...for my 2011 cx9, but i'm confused by choices out there and what is good quality kits. i look through the forums here but eventually get overwhelmed never having bought these aftermarket before. can anyone help point me to a good kit or site to buy a kit that's easy to install?

It depends on which direction you want to go with for HIDs and what your budget is more or less.

first find out ur bulb type. H7,H11, etc.. then with that info, find a compatible kit at DDMtuning.com. you must also chose your brightness/color or Kelvin. anything below 5200K is near white and provides more visible light - shines better. anything over begins to look blue to purple which don't provide you with as much usable light but are darned purty. I've had a 5200K kit in my mazda5 for 3 years without a single issue.

Be sure to buy the relay with the kit as it will allow you to pull the extra juice needed directly from the battery. most people skip this crucial step then call their kids crap.
