HELP: Motorcycle guys KAWA EX500 or SUZUKI GS500F

Good Morning Folks,

I'm torn b/t a 06 Kawasaki Ninja EX500, or a Suzuki GS500F. I'm 5'4" and am a new rider. I am currently looking in the used market. Can you please offer advice/suggestions on what to choose and why?

Also when I buy a used bike, when I inspect it, what should I be checking for? Are bikes like cars where I can do a VIN search?

Go to a shop and sit on a few, pick up whichever feels most comfortable to you. That's what I've always been told when it comes down to your first bike outta the beginner range.

and shoot, you're in woodbridge, run over to coleman motorsports and hop on a few of them. Just dont buy from them since they're insanely overpriced there...
