headlight and fog out on drivers side can't figure out why

The other day both my drivers fog and low beam headlight went out.

I replaced the headlight and all fuses and the still it doesn't work.
But when i removed headlight LL fuse the passenger fog went out and when i removed the headlight LR the passenger headlight then goes out

anyone have any idea what the issue is.

Double check your lines, sounds like something could be grounding... Also try picking up the amperage on your fuses... Hopefully nothing to serious like having the whole harness fried.... goodluck man
