so which screw is it? I see a gold plated one with a white cap on it that is DEEP in the corner, and I see another gold plated screw with nothing on it..

Front the Online Service Manual, it appears to be right above the high beam (inner) light socket. On top of it and to the middle of the car.

Turning in (CW) lowers the beam. Turning out (CCW) raises it.

Turning in (CW) lowers the beam. Turning out (CCW) raises it.

Also, you should lower the beam to the correct position. If you raise it to the correct position, it is more likely to become misaligned later.
