I would recommend manifold and throttle body spacers also to further protect the intake mani from high heat sources like the cylinder head and throttle body (if the coolant lines are still hooked up).
I have a question for those of you with the 505. How did you deal with the stock fuel rail and the manifold? I have a vacuum leak at #2 injector grommet and can't seem to get it to seal properly.

Use 626 injector seals, they are much beefier and will seal better than the stock protege ones. Also, if your fuel injectors don't sit deep enough into their bores, use the washers that came with your manifold in place of the black plastic fuel rail spacers. This will let the rail and injectors sit lower to make the seal. I think I used five washers stacked on each side.
