with that said....


do any of you run radar/laser detectors/jammers on your vehicle, and if so, which ones do you use? I currently have one of the older Cobra models and am looking to upgrade.

I have a Beltronics V940. Not the fanciest thing out there, but it gets the job done. Uses the same sensor as the V995 without all the bells and whistles. I just wanted something to warn me about cops, so I'm happy with it. Plus, I only paid $40 for it.

my buddy has one of those...I freaking love it. I was considering getting the Valentine V1, but I don't know anyone who runs it...

There's a TON of people that run the V1. It's a wonderful device. If you can afford it, go for it. From what I hear, once you get the V1, you won't like any other device, since no other ones have the arrows that show you where the signal is coming from.

8500 x50 or the Beltronics equivalent are great. Don't skimp on a radar if you do a lot of driving. This, along with a RVM mount work great.

im runnin the 8500 also and i love this thing but have been looking into some newer ones with gps monitoring so mine is for sale if your interested.
