Scratch that.....I just found out that the mats brand new are $67 from the dealership. I guess the dealer down the street is trying to rip people off since they are asking $90 a set!

Yes it does it is complete. It is installed thats why the VTA horn is off. I'll be back on Saturday! Thanks for being understanding.

How many miles are on the Turbosmart? Is there any damage to the top of it (almost looks like a sharpie marker filled in some spots?)?
