This is a harness bar I purchase on Ebay a couple years ago. I was told WRX bars could go in with "minor" modifications. I ended up having to cut some of the plastic bits in the B-pillars. So I'm including those cut pieces to save you from having to cut yours.

The stock seatbelts still work, they will be set to the lowest position and will no longer be height adjustable. You'll have to go to the hardware store to get the bolts and washer needed.
