cleaned the egr valve with carbon cleaner and fixed the spring. cleaned throttle body with throttle body cleaner. installed new stock intake hose and new k&n drop in air filter. started the car up for the first time in a week. car runs awesome and the idle is very smooth . no shaking and the car starts up right away even after turning it off. no hesitation when accelerating and no stalling when slowing down and turning.
next will be to change the rotors which i already have a new set.
i will order a new egr valve because i'm pretty sure it will come back again.
