This may seem trivial, but considering this item for my 2016 and have a question:
The Mazda P/N is the same for 2014 through 2016, however Mazda changed the back-lighting from red to white in 2016. Which is the mirror?

The back-lighting on these buttons on our factory auto-dimming rearview mirror looks white to me. Not sure from these OEM accessories. But if they have the same part number, I'd imagine the back-lighting should be the same, red?

That's my guess too. Perhaps an oversight or non-priority by Mazda, but one would think an OEM accessory would be correct for the model year.
