CX-30 Satnav Update?

Hi,

Has anyone updated their maps. I had a minor glitch in my new '24 nav software (which seemed to clear on restart), so I decided to update the software.

I followed the instructions using the Mazda toolbox. Seemed to be going fine, but its soooooooooo slow, been running 12hrs and its still verifying!

Anyone else done this, did it take you long?

I use Waze, because it updates constantly in real time.

It sounds like you're describing two different things.

I don't think the Mazda Software is updated via Mazda Toolbox, that is the maps on the SD Card. Mazda Connect software is either done via over the air updates or through your dealer...there is a thread on here to do it yourself, too, but it's at your own risk and not authorized by Mazda.

When I did my map update via Mazda Toolbox, it didn't take much longer than 30 mins...I think something is up.
