i replaced both cv joints on my old jetta and one on my sisters maxima. its not to hard of a job and relatively inexpensive if you do it yourself. if you go to autozone or like an 0'reilly's autoparts you can buy a rebuilt one for like $80 buck or something like that. they come with the half axles and everything. $80 bucks is nothing if you do the install yourself. I wouldn't even want to know what the stealership would charge
