does anybody know where to get a good code reader that does it all, OBD1&2, abs codes, engine codes, clears codes, reads live data, etc for a decent price....any help will be appreciated thanks

how much do you think.....? my dad has a snap on one that does it all like i stated, so i would like to get my hands on one like that for less than 600
