Cleaning dirty exhaust

Well my Mazdaspeed exhaust is dirty and has little black specs on it. Any recommendations on cleaners?

i dont know if you yanks have it, but brasso or silvo. metal polish for usually silver knives and forks. gets all the crap off and looks like new after
