Can't open the hood

Hi! If I try to open the hood from the interior of the car, it won't. It seems like the system is broken. Is there another way to open the hood? Thanx

sounds like the cable came off somewhere.
you could try crowbarring the hood latch, but i wouldnt recommend that

jack it up and try to pull the cable by hand...if the cable came off the latch itself I have no idea what to tell you!

I suggest you take it to the dealer. I had the same problem and they got it open and replaced the cable and release mechanism. It cost $75. But if you mess up the paint while trying to do it yourself it will cost much more than $75 to fix.
