Bluetooth: How to permanently boot unwanted connected user?

A neighbor connected to my car's bluetooth. Is there a way to make sure they do not connect again or is it that once they have my CMU's bluetooth address they can connect whenever they want. I tried factory resetting my CMU and hard resetting my car by taking off the negative end of the battery connector for a few minutes.
This is in my 2019 Mazda CX-3

How did this happen if they aren't in the car to confirm the pairing?

Anyway, you can remove devices in the menu.
