Well this is what I got, ms6 calipers, OEM ms6 brake pads and ms6 power slot rotors, maybe somebody can notice whats wrong with this setup, just check the rust area on the rotor ,the caliper and brake pad has to be in that area , but is not, looks like the rotors is too small or I don't know...(scratch)

well is for ms6 4 cil, don't know if the v6 is bigger

they don't make an MS6 in 6 cylender.... theres an mz6 in 4 cyl, and 6 cyl. And as stated in the OP, there are 2 different diameters according to year (not engine size), and then there is the MS6, which is a 3rd size all together. It appears that you have mixed and matched parts, and like I said via PM already, you need the correct rotors for the calipers you're using.

reading comprehension owns you

quoted for truth.

I'll make this easy....

03-05 Mazda 6 => 11.1" rotors=> Fits no problem with a 16" wheel
06-07 Mazda 6 => 11.8" rotors=> Fits no problem with a 16" wheel
06-07 MazdaSpeed 6 => 12.2" rotors=> Must have a 17" wheel minimum

Bust out a tape measurer, and snap a pic with the tape showing your rotor diameter. Then tell us which car your calipers came off of. If you can't tell us what car the calipers were originally for, then I'm afraid you're on your own.

rotors are too small, you probably ordered rotors for the older MZ6.
If your calipers are from 07+, your gonna need to pair it with the larger rotors for the 07+
and your set up is MZ6, not MS6.
I have the 07+ MZ6 setup

Well they're mazda 6 2007 calipers , the brake pad are for 2007 mazda 6, I think the wrong stuff here are the rotors, and they are for mazda 6 2007, I ordered online on Autoanything maybe they make the mistake, gonna check diameter tomorrow. Shi-Fu Jay where did you get your rotors and what brand?

ahhh dang, that sucks.....you think you can get a refund after already installing the rotors?
I got my rotors from 88rotors.com.....I picked them up since they are local....good thing about socal is alot of tuner shops are here. any issues, you can go directly to the shop.

I don't think I can get any refund since I using the rotors, gonna have to buy regular cheap rotors for know, thanks Shi-fu jay gonna check that website anyways and see hiw much they cost.

Here is a picture of rotor and tape measurer, you can see the diameter is not 11.8 ,to me looks like mazdaspeed protege maybe? I'm sure this rotors fit with my stocks p5 calipers, damn Autoanything!!
