BC BR Type Coilover CLUNK

I have installed this coilover last year and at this very moment, I have been hearing and feeling the CLUNK on the front left suspension. I have tighten the bolt mounts and the top nut with the 17mm. I have done some research and they say to check if all the bolts are tightened up. Any of you BC Coilover guys have this issue and resolved this? It be helpful for me to figure this out.

Have you checked your ball joints? If you pull/push on the top of the wheel, does the wheel (not tire) move?
I had a similar noise (no coilovers) before I noticed my blown balljoint.

Its not blown. I've had it checked out by the shops and by me.

What else have you checked?

Control Arm
Sway Bar brackets/ Endlinks

How does the shock itself look? Does it have any leaks? You may want to check the bearing to see if it needs to be replaced. Call up BC and they can send a Koyo Replacement.
