My daughter's 2007 Mazda 6 i (base model, 2.3L) recently started having problems with the battery frequently dying, and I've noticed that the lights above the console are on even with no key in the ignition. If I press the a/c button, I hear the clutch engage, and I can turn on the rear defrost with no key in. The lights are ALWAYS on - when we go out tomorrow morning, they will be on. The fans do not run, however. I didn't find any similar reports when searching on Google, so if anyone has an idea, please let me know. Thank you.
