bad turbo?

so i hooked up a autometer boost guage today and, my luck i build about 1.5-2 if luck psi, well dont seem to have boost leaks, (car has no idle problems) onley known problem is when i take the intake of there is a puddle of oil in my turbo\intake, not alot but is not just a smear, when intake is taken off it drips oil a bit. could the boost issue and the oil in turbo be the same issue? as if the seals are bad can the turbo loose psi due to pushing through seals/? thanks in advance, and if need to replace turbo, where would be the best place to buy one from, and what sizes does it need to be if i need to look for one?

It sounds to me like a blown turbo. There is one in the marketplace for sale

i looked could not find it. if have a chance could ya link it? and any more opinions?

ttt. so i found a massive exhaust leak on the manifold, (miss 2 manifold bolts to the head) so replaced them. think the gasket is good but i ordered a new one any ways. but still no more boost still .5-1 psi. got a new intercooler coming this weekend so i will find out if it has a leak in the old factory pipe. but still could it be the turbo?

Pull the intake piping and see if you can turn the wheel and check for shaft play
