how do you put a pic in your avatar. i have tried several times to do it but i dont have anything to shrink the pic. any help would be greatly appreciated.

my comp sucks, i have apple and it tells me that quicktime doesn't understand.

Camera phone pix? lol, I did one, I also tried to clean it up a bit, sharper, colour balancing and s***, hard to tell..but it's now the right size

yeah its a camera phone. i guess it does ok, but its hard to keep it in focus. i was going to take pics today, but its raining now, that sucks. also, thanks for the help.
