Please help, spark plug screw just spins through

Can you better describe what issue you're having? What model & year is your vehicle and which engine?

Sorry, I tried to attach a video but go rejected.

It is 2015 CX-5 Touring, FWD, 2.5L engine. I was able to remove 2 out of the 4 spark plugs. The other 2 screws that hold the valve cover keep spinning without coming out.

Valve cover? Maybe you are referring to the coil pack that is attached to and sits atop the spark plug?

If it's the bolt that holds the coil pack, then try pulling up the coil pack to apply pressure to the bolt while you are unbolting and hope the bolt will catch one of the threads and unscrew.
