Autocross soon

Hey, my friend got in touch with me and invited me to an autocross on June 19 and I'm super stoked for it. The problem is, I'm not sure what to do to prep for an autocross, nor do I know what to do when there. Any tips for what to expect?

k depending on your car and assuming is a 3.
What have you installed?
Does it have stock tires?
are they any abandoned parking lot in your area?
if they are, can you get a hold of at least 4 cones?

My 3 is fairly stock. High performance Yokohoma all-season tires (<5k miles old) Abandoned parking lots - yes, ones that are off of the main drag through town and/or behind a building - no. 4 cones - yes
