any1 in Canada receive item from DHL got over charged ?

its my first time receiving items from DHL

its a coolant overflow tank, paid 80+20shipping, shipment is fast,only take 1 day. (mark as 59.99 item value)

DHL ask me for $23 ($3duty $10process fee and rest is tax)


is it how DHL normally would charge?

if so, i will not use DHL anymore. =,=|||

Canadians use USPS for a reason, everyone else over charges. The duties and taxes you paid are normal fees.

i dont even know ppl use DHL for north american shipments... its my very first time dealing with DHL

this is just stupid since the seller posted posted that they ship with UPS.

and then end up with DHL.

UPS are expensive if they do charge, but they usually dont charge me for small package with low value, thats y i didnt ask the seller about USPS.

guess i am gonna ask seller to use USPS everytime from now. =,=
