Am I wearing out my struts?

Hey guys, I have espelir springs with tokico illuminas. They handle great, and I love running the illuminas on their stiffer settings. I have it set at 4/5 stiffness all around. I am wondering if this will cause them to wear out faster than a setting at lower damping, or if the opposite is true (I guess they move less when set this stiff, but the force is greater)

i thought the illuminas had a lifetime warranty? so if you do kill them, cant you just get a new set for free?
