All-New 2017 Mazda CX-5 To Be Previewed At Novembers Los Angeles Auto Show?

I don't think you can go wrong with either a 2016 or the newer 2017 model.
Looks are subjective and not worth getting butt-hurt over (rolleyes).
If you can get a good deal on a 2016 like $3-4K off MSRP, I'd get it.
Otherwise the 2017 has many improvements over the 2016 likely worth it to someone who wants the latest version.

I went today to the LA Auto Show and took some pictures with the new CX5. Couldn't go close though.

Another five pictures.
Notice the targa MX5 in the background.
It is way to small, for a taller guys/girl.

Wow that cx9. That's what happens when a dealer tries to mod a car. Looks like they copied the scion color scheme. They should have wrapped nit all orange and kept the OEM trim colors. It may have looked ok then. And those look like rent a tire wheels.

Some weird vehicle, that I have never seen in my life:

I think the new cx-5 looks more masculine than the current one, which is a good thing imo, the current one looks a bit feminine with all the curves...

Wish that cx-9 came in a stick...

It looks as though the rear doors have a double rubber seal strip. Hopefully, this will help with wind noise?

It looks good, I like it, except the nose from the side.
I don't understand Mazda, why is going with the pointy nose, whats to be a BMW 2002?

So is that an extra seal to the door in addition to the one there already?

Not sure why Mazda would fit that as i have never had a problem with noise from the doors, not on either car.
Had plenty of wind noise especially on the 2013 car, the 2015 car is overall quieter but still has excessive road noise over certain surfaces.

If Mazda want to improve the cabin noise they should pay more attention to this area, perhaps different tyres. But generally i don't have a problem with noise levels on the updated model. Brakes aside.
