Hi! Our CX-5 has been making a sound like there is a ball or something rolling and stopping whenever we start or stop quickly, and we think we've narrowed it to the dashboard area inside (though not 100%). The only thing we can think is when my wife had an accident 5 years ago something got knocked loose and is now making this noise. Has anyone had this happen? And if so, do you know a way for a consumer to check inside that area?
