2006 Nationwide Meet Information July 22, 2006

Also, has anyone noticed that there are 3 months and 8 days left? Has anyone looked at the list, lately? If everyone on that list brings one other person (significant other, friend, etc) that we currently have over 170 people coming to this meet? WITH THREE MONTHS AND EIGHT DAYS LEFT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And there are going to be 55 awards given out!!!!!!!


ALSO, ALSO!!!! Don't forget about the "rollout" thread. We are starting to coordinate "hot spots" for people to meet up at.. .at the different locations. Please add your name to the list and which region/sector you will be coming from!!!!

Sidenote:
The production coordinators and Judges will not be allowed to "show" at the meet. Any people who help out with the cooking will still be allowed to enter their cars in the "car show" part of it. In other words, we still need to people to help with the cooking!!!!!!

If you don't mind I would love to help with the cooking i'm pretty good at cooking and even better at grilling.

Basically, the part has a place to get food. Not just junk food, but they had grouper, shrimp, chicken, hot dogs and burgers. It was all there, and the prices were so good, it would cost more for us to go get the food to feed 200+ people who come to the meet.

There are 6 pits to grill at the pavillion, and we welcome people to bring foor to cook and eat. It will work out better, as people can then eat when hungry, instead of waiting.

That said, we now have a couple lodging oportunities:
1) rooms at a local hotel

We will need help parking the cars in groups by model, as well as getting everyone registered properly. Blackwidow, let me know if we can count on your help with this. Volunteers will need to be at the part at 9, when we start registering people. The only people involved with the meet unable to show are production coordinators and judges. We need 1 more still. Most own a Mazda, and not be in a Florida Mazda Club.

Hell yeah its still going down.

Were in south florida are you? There is a few of us leaving friday the 21st around Noon or a little after to head to our hotels. Some are leaving that saturday in the morning also.
