Hello,
My 96 Protege's AC is not working. The suspicion is that the refrigerant is leaking, and my mechanic suspects that the source of the leak from the location indicated in the picture below:
We have two questions.
1. What is the name of the part indicated by the arrow? We suspect it is upper portion of the "Receiver/Drier". Is this the case?
2. Where does the wire (indicated by the circle) connect to? We suspect it connected to some kind of switch, but where?
I will appreciate any tips in this regard....
