Not really familiar with the guy, who is he? I think I saw one of his videos once and didn't think it was too bad.

Can't stand straight pipes but I have watched others (TFL (uhm), Edmunds etc) along with ones here (caradvice.com.au, motoring.com.au etc) for the Mazda CX-5 and Mazda 6

Edmunds is fine for a car you’re actually planning to buy. I watch The Straight Pipes review cars I’ll never buy because they’re entertaining.

I would not watch an Edmunds review of a car I wasn’t seriously considering.

Don't get me wrong, some entertainment is fine but Straight Pipes just doesn't do it for me.

Serious reviews are a given prior to purchasing a vehicle.

Yup Doug DeMuro and The Straight Pipes I put in entertainment category. Definitely need some serious ones like what you mentioned before actual purchase.

Savage Geese is good too but he can sometimes start to be a little like John Cadogan (if I’m spelling that right) but not as bad.
