Touch Screen Glitch

Hey guys, I have had my cx5 for nearly 3 months now and I am having a problem with my touch screen. I had my laptop connected to the stereo via bluetooth to stream music and it was working fine and dandy, than the connection crashed. Now, when on the main audio page, everything works fine, the info, correct song, the timer, everything, but when i go into my setup screen where you change the bass and whatnot, the information (sort of like a partial screen shot) is stuck in that window along with all the settings, it's like it froze all the info from when it crashed. i have tried resetting, and i have tried pulling the neg from the battery, both to no avail. Any help? or am i speaking foreign? thanks in advance

pulling battery didn't fix it? sounds like time to go to dealer
or you could look for the thread that has the service menu for the stereo and see if it has a reset option in it
